General Cancellation Fees according to “DEHOGA” German Hotel and Restaurant Association.
INCLUDED / NATO / Standard Rate:
- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 80% of the total price.
- In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total booking price.
EVENT Rate: (König Ludwig-Lauf, Christmas, New Year, Event Weekend/Holidays)
- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price.
- In case of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total booking price.
