General Cancellation Fees

INKL / NATO / Rate:

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
• For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 80% of the total price will be charged.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
• After check-in, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible; the original booking amount remains due.

EVENT Rate: (König Ludwig-Lauf, Christmas, New Year, Event Weekend/Holidays)

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
• After check-in, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible; the original booking amount remains due.

Cancellation and rebooking (voucher)

The cancellation of a reservation based on a voucher, which results from a waiver of the hotel’s original cancellation costs or from a rebooking, cannot be canceled or rebooked again. The general rules of the BGB regarding cancellation apply, in particular Section 651h BGB for travel contracts. The voucher will therefore lose its validity if it is canceled again or if there is a no-show.
